5 Lower Broad Street

Repair of building façade following impact damage.  A repair meticulously undertaken.


Isaac Smart's, Quality Square

Façade rebuilt and restored.  The scope of the work was minimised by careful shoring and propping and the stonework rebuilt with meticulous care.


The Buttercross

Conversion of a redundant historic public building to a new public use.  Restored in a careful and considered way.


The Dog Hangs Well, Corve Street

Use of part of a historic building as a parlour pub.  A new use in tune with Ludlow's changing demographic and social makeup.


Steventon Manor Barns, Steventon – Barn Conversion

Award given for a restoration project which reflects the history of the building.


St Leonard’s Churchyard – work to paths and vegetation clearance

Award given for environmental enhancement


8 Upper Linney – General renovation and replacement of Upvc windows with timber

Award given for the works to the front façade, as they have been a great enhancement to the street scene, in particular through the replacement of Upvc windows with timber.


Dinham Lodge, Dinham – Rear single storey extension and internal renovations

Award given for the extraordinary high quality of the work, and attention to detail.


Dyddle Cottage, 21 Dinham – Rear single-storey extension

Award given for the ingenuity of the scheme on a small property.


17 Mill Street – Rear extension, Dormer windows and Garden Room

Award given for the design and attention to detail.


28 Mill Street – Rear two-storey extension

Award given for good design in a small space.


The Old Bell House, Ludford – Restoration of the Grotto

Award given for a unique piece of restoration work.


Ludford Bridge – Repair work to public property

Award given for a high quality of repair


Pie Cottage, 11 Bell Lane – Renovation works, including replacement window and rebuilding of chimney

Award given as this is a good example of how a small house can be well restored.


27 Broad Street – Renovation

Award given for high quality of workmanship.


Buttercross – Repair and restoration of the clock tower

Award given for work well done.


9 Church Street – Renovation works to split building into ground floor shop with separate flat above

Award given for a scheme enabling reuse of the whole building


5 Corve Street – Replacement window, doorcase, steps and railings

Award given for the restoration of the frontage, in particular the new window and repairs to the doorcase.


8 Corve Street – First floor extension

Award given for a good, well-proportioned design.


137 Corve Street – Renovations

Award given as the work is of remarkably high quality, and because the scheme will allow the building to be useable for the owner without major work to the historic fabric.


Ludlow Brewery – Conversion from railway goods store to brewery

Award given for high standard of work and successful reuse of a building which contributes to Ludlow’s industrial heritage.


111 Corve Street – Renovation from offices to residential

Award given for high quality of work.


1,2 and 3 Bell Cottages, Ludford – Repointing

Award given for enhancement to Conservation Area.


Ludford Lodge – Raising of the roof and loft conversion

Award given for high level of skilled workmanship.


Church Inn, Church Street – Replacement windows

Highly commendable award given.
